After graduating from University of Massachusetts with a BA in French and International Relations, Chylese worked in the semiconductor industry in capital equipment sales for many years, managing accounts such as Intel in the Western U.S. for photolithographic and purification tools.  As a willing Portland transplant seven years ago, Chylese identifies with many clients who are new to the Rose City and anxious to get a handle on the varying character and "feel" of different neighborhoods, as well as their proximity to shopping, restaurants, recreation and freeways.
 
A New England native, Chylese moved to the west coast in 1990 and has lived in Portland's close-in east side since 2000 with her husband Eric, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Lucy Looks Twice.
 

Katrina Bell

 
As a lifelong Portland resident, Katrina brings an in depth knowledge of the greater Portland area and its history.  Katrina is equally at home working with buyers and sellers in our close-in east and Westside neighborhoods, having lived and worked on both sides of the river.
 
Prior to working in residential real estate, Katrina spent 11 years in marketing in the financial services industry, developing and implementing marketing strategies for a variety of companies and services.  She graduated with a liberal arts degree from Portland State University.
 
Katrina is mother to two daughters, Zoe and India, and lives with her family in a historic bungalow in Ladd’s Addition.
